The Linden Tree is a two bedroom Guest House located 30 minutes north of Kingston on Eel Bay (Sydenham Lake) just 3 kilometers north of the village of Sydenham, Ontario.
This independent guest house, located next door to the main house has full kitchen, main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 singles, 3 piece bath, air conditioning, deck with outdoor seating area.
The perfect place to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and more.
Property features, privacy, carport, BBQ area, picnic table, bicycles and lake access via a quite steep rocky path where you will find lake frontage with a deck, dock, fire pit, BBQ and 2 single seat (sit-on) Kayaks.
To respect your privacy, breakfast is a self catered Continental style for two night stays. For longer stays, you are on your own.
Nearby attractions include walking distance to the Cataraqui Trail and Frontenac Provincial Park just 10 minutes
up the road. Sydenham village has everything. Public Beach, Groceries, Hardware, LCBO, Bank, Gas, Restaurant and more. The City of Kingston has historic sites, great restaurants and unique shopping.
